4. Gardaland

Gardaland is the third-most-popular theme park in Europe and is between Peschiera and Lazise, at Lake Garda in Italy. Built on the eastern shore of Lake Garda at Castelnuovo del Garda, the park opened on July 19, 1975. It has expanded steadily in both size and attendance, topping 1 million visitors annually for the first time in 1984. By 2007, attendance reached 3 million. Run and operated by the Merlin Entertainments Group, the park is promoted as first in Italy. This statistic is believable as the different attractions are considerably spaced throughout the park. It currently is home to six roller coasters and a total of 32 rides. The coasters are called Raptor, Blue Tornado, Magic Mountain, Sequoia Adventure, Raptor, Orto Bruco, Mammut and Fuga da Atlantide.

Gardaland has a mascot – an Italian cartoon character called Prezzemolo. He appears from time to time to keep the kids amused on the TV in queue lines or as part of a ride, and especially in the great-looking Fantasy Kingdom, where he has a giant tree house with a sweeping view across that part of the park. Of course it helps if you can speak Italian so that you have some idea what he’s on about. He appears to be best friends with a talking Pritt stick – product placement gone a bit mad, but at least it isn’t fizzy drinks or lard burgers. It's glue.
There are many attractions:

Blue Tornado

Pretty much in the middle of the park is what you could argue is Gardaland's signature attraction, Blue Tornado. It looks especially impressive when seen from the flying island; a fairly tight knot of white track and blue supports with some imposing-looking twists, made to stand out nicely by the contrasting track colour. Blue Tornado is a steel inverted coaster, the Vekoma SLC (765 m Extended with helix), and is situated near the entrance of the park so that it can be seen from outside. It has been operating since 1998 and stands 33.32 m tall from the ground. The track is 2,510 ft long (770 m), causing the ride to last a total of 1:42 ending with a swift brake run. The main elements in the track are a rollover, sidewinder and a double in-line twist ending with several high speed helixes close to the ground.

Magic Mountain

Magic Mountain is a steel sit-down coaster, the Vekoma Double Loop Corkscrew, and is situated on the lower level of the park as the park is set on a hill. It has been operating since 1985 making it the oldest coaster in the park. It stands at 30.00m above the ground and 700.00 m long making it last a total of 2:00 exactly. Its main elements are a double loop, double corkscrew and a rising helix. In 2009 the classic Arrow Dynamics trains have been replaced with the new model of Vekoma.
Sequoia Adventure
Sequoia Adventure is an sit down wild mouse coaster, the S&S Power Screaming Squirrel, and is situated within the track of Magic Mountain. In fact the second corkscrew of Magic Mountain narrowly "misses" the station. Sequoia Adventure has been operating since 2005 and stands at 30.00 m - the same height as Magic Mountain. Riders experience a considerable amount of time inverted on this ride as the cars make their way down from the summit via three saxophone elements. The track turns vertically at a 180° angle a total of 6 times.

Fuga da Atlantide

(Escape from Atlantis) is a water coaster, the Intamin Super Splash, and is situated near Blue Tornado. The ride begins with a cable lift hill which reduces lift time but causes a stationary period before ascending. At the car/boat turns on a shallow helix and plummets down a steep hill with water jets in the track into a pool. The ride progresses to another similar element, also using a cable lift hill, but at a greater height. It is the biggest water ride in Europe.

Raptor

Raptor is a steel roller coaster at the Gardaland amusement park in Lake Garda, Italy. The ride is a prototype Wing Rider design by Swiss roller coaster manufacturer Bolliger & Mabillard. Raptor opened to the public on April 1, 2011. The ride begins from an underground station and features two water splash elements. The layout features several roll overs. The trains hang over the track like X2 at Six Flags Magic Mountain but do not spin.

Ramses: il risveglio

Ramses: il risveglio (formerly La Valle dei Re/The Valley of Kings) is Gardaland's first interactive dark ride. The vehicles are omnimover like the Haunted Mansion. The original ride starts during an expedition and goes upwards as you hear the voice of an old man. The vehicle then enters a burial chamber with treasures and Italian speaking explorers discovering mummies, and from there into a dark tunnel with lightning effects. You then enter a town with explorers partying with music and treasure. The riders then go into the tombs the explorers begin to excavate. We then go to another dark tunnel with brief light flashes to give off treasures.
Beside that there were plenty of cleaners on duty whilst we were there and they were doing a grand job. The place was almost spotless, even on the amazingly busy bank holiday; just a bit of dropped crud around the eateries, but the staff were on top of it. The park itself looks fantastic, with well-tended gardens and very attractive themed areas.

With you see the pictures above, I think you won't regret if you plan to go there because in there you will feel so free from your daily activities especially if you go there with your family or your friends. That's all about Gardaland Theme Park, which I can tell you and if you feel the information is less you can search more information on Google. So, I hope someday you will go there ! Don't just hoping but trying to make it comes true !
